Treatment of Well Drilling Oily Wastewater for Reuse
One of the biggest problem in petroleum exploring is the treatment of wastewater produced during the process of drilling as it contains various types of chemicals and earth compounds differ from time to time within the drilling depth of wells and differ with the soil type in petroleum exploring drilling place
During petroleum exploring and production , a lot of muddy wastewater and oily wastewater are produced , treatment of wastewater produced is an essential task to save environment and reuse the treated water in order to decrease the consumption of water in the exploring and production process . at the same time treatment of wastewater reduce the environmental impacts of untreated and polluted wastewater
our client requested us to test the capabilities of our INNPT technology to treat the well drilling muddy wastewater and oily wastewater
we tested our INNPT technology which gives agreat results as shown in videos and lab report
The treatment efficiency for removing pollutants from both muddy and oily wastewater was around 95% for color and turbidity while it was around 75 % for oil & Grease . the treated water is ready to be reused in the drilling and exploration of petroleum again
